Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation SAP practice, you lead SAP-enabled transformations for manufacturing and supply chain. You will guide large-scale PPDS, QM, and manufacturing initiatives from strategy through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. The role combines design, configuration and testing of end-to-end SAP solutions, with a focus on S/4HANA-enabled programs. You’ll shape transformation roadmaps, manage risks, and contribute to business development in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. Pay / Benefits * Own large-scale supply chain transformation projects from strategy to implementation, coordinating workstreams and collaborating with leadership * Lead SAP-enabled transformation programmes in Production Planning, PPDS and Quality Management, including design, configuration and testing of end-to-end solutions * Gather requirements, run design workshops, and map business processes to SAP functionality * Build strong client relationships and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction * Support business development and sales by leading proposals and pre-sales conversations * Develop and manage implementation plans to maximise SAP value while mitigating risk * Work with SAP technologies, including AI and automation innovations * Participate in practice development activities to support sales and capability growth * Travel to client sites as required by project needs Tasks * Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield transformation programmes across Process and Discrete industries * Experience in Discovery and Prepare engagements and supporting pre-sale activities * Ability to drive design decisions with options based on industry best practices * Proven track record in bid material development for supply chain transformation in Manufacturing (PPDS, QM) * Hands-on experience implementing, configuring and architecting SAP PPDS, Production Planning and Quality Management, with strong requirements gathering and client interaction * Extensive experience delivering S/4HANA-enabled transformation programmes focusing on PP, PPDS and QM; at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and QM implementations * Strong understanding of cross-functional modules (SAP PS, FICO, EWM, MM) and system integration with PLM-SAP S/4HANA and MES * End-to-end knowledge of SDLC from analysis to testing, implementation and documentation * Experience in interface design (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services) and integration with Kinaxis, LIMS and MES; data migration and cutover planning * Strong teamwork and English communication skills Key requirements * hybrid working * base in London or Manchester * global collaboration * career development * industry-leading SAP projects * travel opportunities
