This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge software engineering and high-stakes aerospace innovation.

Your mission includes:

  • Focus: Safety-Critical Software Development for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
  • What You Will Achieve: In this role, your work directly impacts the safety and autonomy of the Eurodrone.
  • Embedded Implementation: Developing and optimizing high-integrity, safety-critical code that powers flight-critical functions.
  • Model-Based Development: Utilizing MBD workflows to design, simulate, and implement complex control laws and system behaviors.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Participating in the full development cycle-from architectural design and modeling to rigorous testing and verification under DO-178C standards.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Working alongside multidisciplinary teams of aerospace and software experts to solve the unique challenges of unmanned flight., Airbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment. We welcome all applications irrespective of social and cultural background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.
