What You’ll Do You’ll own the infrastructure that keeps our PKI running. That means designing and maintaining Terraform modules across multi-cloud environments, operating Kubernetes in a genuinely hybrid setup, and running the secrets and PKI plumbing that everything else depends on. Day-to-day, you’ll shape how we ship and observe things: improving CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI and GitHub Actions, maturing our ArgoCD-based GitOps, managing self-hosted runners, and

building observability with Grafana Cloud. When on-prem workloads need it, you’ll build VM images. Beyond the tools, you’ll support three product teams in the Certificates organization, balancing their operational needs with the longer-term infrastructure work - and you’ll have the autonomy to propose better ways of doing things rather than just executing tickets. What You Bring We are looking for thinkers that implement solutions to technical problems (optimisation, reliability). Someone with production Kubernetes experience who’s comfortable owning clusters end-to-end, and who has solid hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, secrets management, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling. Scripting in Python or Bash should feel natural, and your English - written and spoken - needs to be excellent.
