Ptp Operations & Payments Analyst (Procure-To-Pay)

MARLEX is looking to incorporate a PTP Operations & Payments Analyst for a leading multinational company in the beverage and spirits sector, with experience in financial operations, payment management and Procure-to-Pay processes.The position is aimed at professionals with experience inProcure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Accounts Payable, treasury, vendor payments or finance operationswithin international environments.The selected candidate will join a global finance environment, collaborating with international teams and different business areas to ensure the accurate execution, control and continuous improvement of payment processes.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the payment approval process in accordance with internal policies, authority limits and established procedures.Review payment proposals and ensure compliance with defined financial controls.Manage approvals through online banking platforms, bank portals, payment uploads and authorization workflows.Oversee the generation and secure transmission of bank payment files.Analyze and resolve payment-related issues, including bank rejections, upload errors, transmission failures, duplicate payments or operational exceptions.Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, IT and different business areas to ensure reliable and efficient payment processes.Ensure the correct generation and distribution of vendor remittance advice.Monitor service indicators (SLAs/KPIs), internal controls and continuous improvement initiatives.Support the optimization and standardization of financial processes at an international level.Bachelor’s Degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Operationsor related fields, or equivalent professional experience.Previous experience inProcure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, vendor payments, treasury operations or finance operations.Experience working in international environments, multinational companies or shared services organizations.Knowledge of payment approval controls, segregation of duties, delegation of authority and audit requirements.Experience working with ERP systems and online banking platforms; SAP or similar financial systems experience will be highly valued.Excellent level of English, both written and spoken, essential due to regular interaction with international teams.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.We offer:Immediate incorporation.Location:Madrid.The position will most likely be hired directly by the company, with an initial3-month temporary contractand the possibility of long?term continuation and permanent incorporation depending on performance and business needs.Salary range:€36,000 - €43,000 gross annual salary + 5% variable compensation.Opportunity to join an international project within a leading company in the beverage and spirits sector.Dynamic professional environment with exposure to global processes and collaboration with international teams.#J-*****-Ljbffr
