SAP EWM Consultant

· Support warehouse operations across Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Movements, Production Supply, Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Management.

· Perform initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP EWM production issues.

· Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP EWM, S/4HANA, WCS/MFS, and other warehouse applications.

· Provide hands-on technical support to warehouse users and floor operations.

· Support warehouse automation technologies including ASRS, AutoStore, AGV, Pick-to-Light, and WCS/MFS.

· Troubleshoot RF devices, barcode scanners, printers, and warehouse-floor connectivity issues.

· Manage incidents, prioritize issues, track resolutions, and coordinate escalations with L2/L3 teams and vendors.

· Monitor system performance, interfaces, and integration health.

· Coordinate with customer, vendor, infrastructure, application, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.

· Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.

· Provide timely status updates and communicate issue resolution to business stakeholders.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse system stability and support processes.

· 6-8 years of overall IT experience.

· 4+ years of SAP EWM Support experience.

· Strong understanding of SAP EWM warehouse processes.

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA and EWM integrations.

· Experience supporting warehouse or manufacturing environments.

· Knowledge of Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Management, Inbound, Outbound, and Production Supply.

· Experience troubleshooting SAP EWM interfaces and integration issues.

· Knowledge of RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse-floor support.

· Experience with warehouse automation technologies such as ASRS, AutoStore, AGV, Pick-to-Light, WCS/MFS.
