Experteer Overview In this role you provide remote technical support for HCUS customers, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues on medical imaging systems. You’ll guide internal staff, document findings, and stay current with regulatory and quality requirements. You may travel to customer sites and will develop SME knowledge across multiple disciplines within two years. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, compliant solutions that support patient care. Compensation / Benefits * Assess hardware, software, and network issues on customer systems and provide remote repair solutions * Perform remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and routine inspections on medical imaging systems * Provide module/sub-module level advanced support to Customer Support Engineers and staff * Collaborate with internal and external groups to solve complex issues and develop solutions * Document problems and solutions in a product knowledge database * Remain compliant with regulatory and quality requirements * Occasionally participate in customer site visits * Maintain expert knowledge of current medical imaging products and technologies * Possibly travel on short notice or overnight as needed * Meet team KPIs: customer satisfaction, availability, timely case closures, project training completion * Comply with FDA/ISO regulatory requirements and company policies Tasks * Minimum of three years of industry-related professional experience * Industry-specific certifications in relevant technical areas (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco certifications preferred) * Superior communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and make independent decisions * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Key requirements *
