Senior Programmer Analyst

Experteer Overview In this AI-focused role, you will drive Generative AI research and development within a private cloud environment. You will work with IT architects, product teams, and security groups to evaluate tools, develop POV solutions, and implement AI capabilities at scale. You’ll lead technical efforts across systems analysis and programming, guiding teammates and delivering modular, secure AI architectures. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven processes and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to improve operations. Compensation / Benefits * Evaluate Generative AI solutions from functional, technical, and risk perspectives * Develop and implement Gen AI solutions to solve complex business problems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems * Design, code, test, and deploy modular and scalable AI architectures * Ensure security, performance, and reliability of AI solutions following best practices * Lead and mentor junior programmers on complex projects * Stay current with industry advancements and seek opportunities to improve AI capabilities within the organization * Build effective working relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders Tasks * 7 Years of experience in programming and systems analysis * 3 years of experience in GenAI or AI/ML application development * 2 years of experience in DevOps deploying Cloud hosted solutions * Experience in developing Generative AI applications including RAG architecture and model fine-tuning; Agentic AI experience is a plus * Full Stack Development * Experience in scrum methodology and devsec ops * Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, Angular, Python, and SQL development * Advanced proficiency with SQL Server and Oracle; NoSQL databases experience * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform * Strong understanding of AI/ML and ability to deploy AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience adapting to rapidly changing technology and strong IT security understanding * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets * Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint Key requirements *
