Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will analyze systems to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities for identifying lethal objects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support MDA/SEM and improve discrimination and electronic protection. You’ll translate requirements into concepts of operations and schedules, and assess risk and performance. This is a chance to shape next-generation defense capabilities within a mission-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Provide systems analysis to develop Missile Defense System capabilities for object identification * Collaborate in a multi-discipline, multi-source team * Deliver technical analysis, management support, and scientific input to MDA/SEM * Develop options to enhance discrimination and electronic protection in MDS * Manage engineering requirements, CONOPS, and integrated schedules * Lead technical performance assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation development * Model electronic attack/protection to support analysis and requirements * Develop technology maturation plans for transfer to program offices Tasks * Master’s Degree in STEM * 12+ years of experience * Active Secret clearance and ability to qualify for TS/SCI * Expertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classification * Expertise in electronic protection * Systems engineering analysis and process management (requirements, CONOPS, schedules) * Experience in technical performance assessments and risk analysis * Experience in electronic attack/protection modeling * Experience creating technology maturation plans Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * 401K with company matching * 9/80 work schedule * paid holiday shutdown
