• Lead onboarding processes for new cloud service clients, ensuring smooth transition and deployment.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure and customize cloud solutions based on client needs.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the onboarding phase, addressing technical and operational questions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• Monitor onboarding progress, report on key metrics, and continuously improve onboarding workflows.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cloud services industry, is seeking a Cloud Onboarding Manager to join their team. As a Cloud Onboarding Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Services Department supporting the Cloud Deployment and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * 5+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role with strong internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills.

• 5+ years of experience delivering customer technical projects.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain someone who has really done copilot work and has installed and deployed agents, solutions and customization and can evangelize copilot and educate people and train on co-pilot or has experience with similar AI such as Gemini, etc., * Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud onboarding, deployment, or related technical project management.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365 and other cloud services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients at various organizational levels.
