- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during their Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption journey.
- Support deployment, configuration, and onboarding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions.
- Conduct customer workshops, enablement sessions, demonstrations, and training programs.
- Help customers identify business use cases and opportunities to increase AI adoption and productivity.
- Assist with implementation and governance of AI agents using Copilot Studio or similar tools.
Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in digital workplace solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Microsoft 365 Copilot Consultant (English/Spanish) to join their dynamic team. As a key player in this role, you will support organizations in deploying and maximizing the value of AI-powered workplace tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a passion for customer success, and a collaborative spirit, ensuring a positive impact within the organization and for clients., * 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, or digital workplace solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI productivity solutions.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or end-user enablement programs.
