Full Stack Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Python Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications across the technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, Flask, MongoDB, Shell Scripting, and Linux environments, combined with Front End development experience to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications supporting critical business functions., Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and microservices using Python and Flask.
• Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations supporting enterprise platforms.
• Build reusable libraries, utilities, and Back End frameworks.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and resiliency.

Front End Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate Front End components with Python-based Back End services.
• Optimize user experience and application performance.

Database Management

• Design and optimize MongoDB database schemas and collections.
• Develop efficient queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

Linux & Automation

• Develop Shell/Bash scripts for operational automation and monitoring.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning within Linux environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and production issue resolution.

DevOps & SDLC

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing strategies, and technical documentation.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams.
