Business Systems Analyst - ERP & Applications

• Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a background in ERP and business applications?
• This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a portfolio of core business systems and have a real influence on how they are used across the organisation.
• You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, balancing day-to-day system management with improvement, change and optimisation. It’s a role where you won’t just be keeping systems running, you’ll have the opportunity to challenge how things are done, improve processes and shape the future systems landscape.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Administering and supporting core ERP and business applications
• Managing users, access, permissions, licensing and system security
• Managing incidents, service requests and changes through to resolution
• Supporting upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement
• Maintaining system documentation, processes and standards
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve system usage
• Facilitating workshops and supporting process change
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work
• Supporting wider business change and systems integration

What are we looking for?

• We’re looking for someone with experience supporting and administering an ERP system or portfolio of business applications.
• Your experience could come from a range of ERP environments including Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, Epicor, NetSuite, Sage or similar platforms.

You’ll also ideally have experience with:

• Change management and structured change control
• Process improvement and documentation
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• ITSM, service management or ITIL environments
• Translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS or JavaScript would be useful but isn’t essential., * This is a chance to join an organisation where the systems function is genuinely evolving, giving you the opportunity to make your mark rather than simply maintain the status quo.
