Senior Developer Web - Marketing AI Systems

Experteer Overview As Developer Web Manager, you own the strategy for developer.arm.com and shape a connected, AI-first digital experience for developers. You will align developer web experiences with Arm’s ecosystem and corporate web strategy, turning cross-functional requirements into a clear roadmap. You’ll manage the Arm Developer Dashboard roadmap, focusing on an authenticated developer experience and AI-enabled discovery and personalization. This role blends strategic web thinking with hands-on execution to improve developer journeys and content experiences, delivering measurable impact. Pay / Benefits * Own the overall strategy for developer.arm.com with clear priorities and success metrics * Collaborate with BUs, Engineering, Developer Marketing, Marketing AI Systems, and stakeholders to translate requirements into web features * Own and evolve the Arm Developer Dashboard feature roadmap for authenticated developer experiences * Ensure seamless integration of developer sites with arm.com and connected journeys across experiences * Drive an AI-first approach to improve discovery, navigation, journeys, and content experiences * Optimize content, metadata, information architecture, and search for traditional and AI-driven discovery * Identify gaps in core journeys and drive improvements across pages, navigation, and workflows * Surface Arm’s software ecosystem across developer web experiences with cross-team collaboration * Leverage analytics, experimentation, and reporting to measure performance and guide investment * Translate strategic objectives into clear briefs and roadmaps for delivery teams * Collaborate across marketing, STE, IT, legal, and units to ensure governance and alignment Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Strong understanding of web strategy, digital product management, and developer journeys * Experience shaping strategy and roadmap for large websites or digital platforms * Experience gathering and prioritizing cross-functional requirements * Understanding of AI-driven digital experiences and AI in search, discovery, personalization * Strong analytical mindset with web analytics and experimentation experience * Experience managing developer-focused journeys and content * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to influence across organizations and manage diverse teams * Understanding of software developers and their workflows * Knowledge of Arm’s vertical markets and developer audiences * Experience with technical journey mapping and digital experience optimization Key requirements * hybrid working * accommodations process * diverse and inclusive culture
