Experteer Overview In this early-career role, you contribute to building and improving content delivery systems for Candy Crush Soda Saga, working with live game data and AI-assisted tooling. You’ll grow your C++ skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences to millions of players. You will part of a larger mission to keep the game fresh and engaging through robust content pipelines and tooling, across mobile, PC and web. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity in a mature codebase. Pay / Benefits * Build, test, maintain and optimise content delivery features and tooling * Take ownership of defined tasks and communicate progress and risks * Write high-quality, well-structured C++ code following team standards * Learn the wider tech stack and systems behind the features * Use AI development tools as part of development, with explainability * Collaborate with engineers, level designers, data scientists, product managers and QA * Seek mentorship and share learnings with the team Tasks * Experience building software in a team environment * Proficiency in C++ or a comparable language and willingness to continue developing C++ skills * Delivered defined work to a good standard with guidance * Understanding of software engineering concepts and good testing practices * Clear verbal and written communication Key requirements * hybrid working model
