Job description

We re looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst & Administrator to take ownership of the ongoing development, optimisation and reliability of a key Salesforce platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Salesforce administration, technical solution design, business analysis and stakeholder management. You ll work closely with system owners and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, while ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned with ISO and QMS requirements., +Design, implement and maintain Salesforce data and security models, integration strategies and new platform functionality. +Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Components, Flow and Salesforce automation frameworks. +Establish and maintain effective requirements capture, change management, testing and release processes. +Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for senior and C-level stakeholders. +Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions and access controls. +Configure and customise fields, page layouts, objects, workflows and business processes.

Requirements

+5+ years experience in Salesforce administration, analysis or a similar technical Salesforce role. +Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. +Experience with CRM workflows, data modelling, data migration, API integrations and automation. +The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and practical Salesforce solutions. +Experience with Salesforce configuration and, ideally, development technologies such as Apex and Lightning Components.

Qualifications & Certifications

Ideally, you will hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as:

+Salesforce Certified Administrator +Salesforce Certified System Architect +Salesforce Certified Application Architect +Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
