QualificationsMust-Have2+ years hands-on Workday development (or 4+ years Workday ecosystem)5+ years of software development experience including Web apps. Strong grasp of Workday data model, security, business processes, custom objects/orgs, calculated fields, and reports/RaaS.Demonstrated delivery of production apps (portfolio or walkthroughs at interview).Proficiency with REST APIs and Workday Integration patterns (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).Solid understanding of SDLC, peer reviews, and test strategies.Experience training or mentoring developers/analysts; ability to produce clear enablement assets.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Nice-to-HaveWhole platform domain exposure including FIN/HCM/Payroll/Security -e.g., approvals, exceptions, vendor onboarding, expense governance, journals, controls, agentic AI and machine learning, lifecycle.Experience in AI product development.
