Oracle HCM Cloud Associate Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Oracle HCM Cloud delivery workstreams for cross-industry clients, including government. You will expand leadership, application and consulting skills within a collaborative UK Oracle team. You’ll build credibility with client stakeholders and steer design and delivery of HCM Cloud solutions. The position combines on-site client work with continuous professional development and exposure to innovative Oracle capabilities. Pay / Benefits * Lead workstreams delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for cross-industry organisations (including government) * Develop leadership and consulting capabilities within a supportive environment * Collaborate as a key member of the UK Oracle team * Build credibility and relationships with client stakeholders Tasks * Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience with a workstream lead for at least 1 module * Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM setup and HR business processes * Certified in 1 Oracle Module * Experience with data migration and critical data requirements * Strong knowledge of integration touchpoints (e.g., HCM) * Understanding HR processes and challenges * Great communication and client-facing skills * Experience in Learning Management implementations including Data Migration (preferred) * Understanding of Oracle Cloud AI capabilities and agents (preferred) * Experience with functional data conversion, transformation and reconciliation (preferred) * Understanding of ERP programme implementation elements (preferred) Key requirements * up to 30 days’ vacation * private medical insurance * 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work * extensive benefits package
