Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for diverse clients, driving transformation of HR processes. You’ll operate within a client-facing delivery context, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to shape offerings and establish credibility with senior stakeholders. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of HCM cloud programs and develop cost models to define scope. This is a high-impact, leadership-heavy position at a global firm that values innovation and broad Oracle expertise. Pay / Benefits * Architect, design and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for various industries * Independently own delivery of HCM cloud transformation programs * Build credibility and relationships with client stakeholders * Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to represent the solution offering * Define inputs for cost estimates and prepare cost model estimates * Mentor and coach junior team members Tasks * 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications * Experience implementing multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR and Position Management * Consultancy experience * Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior clients and colleagues * Ability to address technical aspects of HCM, including data and integrations Key requirements * 30 days’ vacation per year * private medical insurance * car allowance * 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work
