Experteer Overview In this Senior Technology Architect role, you own the end-to-end technical blueprint for an Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud transformation, guiding integrations, extensions, data migration, reporting, and OCI landscape. You’ll lead design decisions, standards, and cross-workstream coordination to deliver a secure, scalable solution. You’ll work closely with client IT and business teams, ensuring delivery quality through discovery to hypercare. The opportunity centers on shaping a robust cloud foundation for regulatory and operational needs. Pay / Benefits * Own end-to-end technical solution blueprint across both phases (integrations, extensions, reporting, data conversion, OCI landscape) * Lead technical design sessions and architecture review boards; translate requirements into designs * Define integration standards, oversee 27 programme interfaces, governance of error handling and monitoring * Manage extensions, reporting, analytics approach (CEMLI, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher) * Oversee data-migration strategy (FBDI, HDL) and reconciliation across cycles * Define environment/landscape strategy (OCI, Gold/SIT/UAT/Prod) and release management * Lead security design (RBAC, SoD) and non-functional requirements (performance, availability) * Chair technical design authority; drive cross-workstream issue resolution; own cutover and hypercare * Coordinate onsite/offshore delivery, mentor teams, and manage stakeholder expectations * Support demand management and change requests for technical scope and estimates Tasks * 14+ years IT experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud delivery and solution architecture * 3-4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as architect (Discovery through Hypercare) * Deep Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise and integration patterns * Experience with Fusion extensions and tooling (VBCS/Visual Builder, PaaS, Groovy, personalization) * Hands-on knowledge of data-conversion methods (FBDI, HDL) and conversion reconciliation * OCI environment understanding; code/config migration, clone/refresh, release management * Knowledge of Fusion security (RBAC, SoD) and performance/scalability design * Onsite/offshore delivery leadership and senior stakeholder communication * Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills * Preferred: Oracle Cloud certifications; experience across Finance/HCM and SCM/WMS; exposure to Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and AI automation; test-automation/data-migration accelerators (Opkey) * Experience in telecom or large-enterprise transformation in UAE/GCC with WPS interfaces Key requirements *
