Job description

  • Du unterstützt bei Projektmanagement-Aufgaben wie der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Termin- und Meilensteinplänen sowie Planungstools.
  • Außerdem wirkst du mit bei der Anfertigung und Übersetzung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Führungskräfte.
  • Darüber hinaus erhältst du Gestaltungsspielraum, um deine eigenen Ideen und Vorschläge einzubringen.
  • Zudem trägst du koordiniert zur Zusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen Schnittstellenpartnern in Einkauf, Finanzen, Vertrieb, Produktion und IT bei.
  • Du hilfst bei der Mitgestaltung von Sollprozessen und unterstützt bei der Harmonisierung und Zentralisierung von Business Partner Master Data der BMW Group und ihrer Geschäftspartner.
  • Zugleich erhältst du Einblicke in das operative Business beim Datenmanagement der Geschäftspartnerstammdaten Finanzen.

Requirements

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbar.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint.
  • Erfahrung mit Collaboration Tools wie Confluence und Jira wünschenswert.
  • SAP Know-how und erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
