We are now recruiting for a full-time, fixed-term (2-year):IT Project Manager (all genders)Your tasks:Planning, execution, and oversight of technology projects across UTA Edenred, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDevelopment of detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgetsCollaboration with Head of Infrastructure and Head of Business Applications to successfully deliver technology initiativesManagement of project communication, serving as the main point of contact for updates, issues, and progress reportingAnalysis and evaluation of projects upon completion, including process reviews and identification of areas for improvementCreation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentationPromotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisationYour

Requirements

profile:Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable field3-5 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of leading software development or IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closureExperience working in dynamic international environments and expertise in process optimizationSolid knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsAbility to analyse complex situations, identify root causes and develop practical, data-driven solutions; experienced in post-project evaluations and driving continuous improvementProficient in German and English; additional language skills considered an advantageWhat we offer?Shopping Cardwith 50€ per monthFlexibleworking hoursMobileworkingDo you want to drive
