Job description

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief AI Transformation Officer at SNB CFE-CGC BANQUE PALATINE. The role focuses on defining and leading the organization’s AI transformation strategy, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant deployment of AI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current processes and systems, identifying high-impact AI use cases, and overseeing the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven products, tools, and workflows. The Chief AI Transformation Officer will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business units, and establish governance frameworks for data, AI ethics, and model lifecycle management. The role also involves measuring business outcomes, driving change management and upskilling programs, managing key vendor and partner relationships, and reporting regularly to senior leadership on

Qualifications - Strategic AI and transformation leadership skills, including experience defining AI roadmaps, leading digital/AI transformation programs, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. - Technical knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud platforms, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, including experience influencing senior leaders and coordinating diverse teams. - Expertise in data governance, AI ethics, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ideally within financial services or highly regulated environments. - Proficiency in project and program management, including setting KPIs, managing budgets and timelines, and driving continuous improvement based on measurable outcomes. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear narratives, executive reports, and training materials related to AI initiatives. - Background in banking, financial services, or consulting is highly beneficial, with understanding of core banking processes, customer journeys, and operational constraints. - Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in AI leadership and transformation roles. - Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory leadership practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
