What You’ll Do As a Solution Specialist, you’re the trusted expert guiding clients through cloud solutions that unlock their potential. You will: - Lead sales cycles by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with potential customers - Deliver impactful technical product insights tailored to customer needs and real-world scenarios - Grow your expertise continuously by researching the latest cloud innovations and competitive offerings - Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing details with razor-sharp accuracy - Demonstrate technical and business solutions via engaging virtual sessions and face-to-face meetings - Act as the key technical contact for the internal sales teams, supporting complex customer inquiries - Facilitate group and one-on-one training to share your knowledge and empower others - Collaborate closely with sales and business teams to ensure seamless customer experiences What You Bring We welcome innovative and driven talents passionate about technology and customer success: - Proficient Dutch speaker (C1+) with strong English communication skills - Bachelor’s degree (technology, business, or related field preferred) - 3-6 years of experience in technology sales or business development - Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and adoption planning - Ability to explain technical architectures for productivity and communication solutions - Familiarity with security, identity, privacy, and compliance considerations in cloud environments - Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in customer-facing roles - Certifications in cloud
