Test Lead

efficiency and coverage Required Experience & Skills: - 7+ years of experience in software testing, with leadership or managerial experience - Strong experience in test planning, strategy, and execution - Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and QA processes - Experience leading and mentoring QA/testing teams - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred (Nice to Have): - Experience in test automation strategy and integration with CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Agile or DevOps development environments - Experience in enterprise-level applications and large-scale testing projects - Certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager or equivalent
