Test Lead- BANKING EXPERIENCE

Job brief We are seeking a Test Lead to streamline all activities from the planning to implementation of test plans and products. Responsibilities - Determine the need for creating and managing the different test plans (Master Plan &/or Detailed Test Plan). - Preparing test plan (s) and obtaining the requisite approvals - Designing, constructing and documenting traceability matrices - Performing an assessment of risks related to testing for the project and developing a test strategy and plan to mitigate the risks - Tracking test progress including variances and providing regular status reports to the Test Manager or Project Manager - Escalating testing related issues as required to the Test Manager, Business and Project Management - Preparing and delivering the Test Completion report to the Business and Project Management upon completion of testing for review and approval. - Managing the test team through the completion of their activities. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering and/or ICT. - Able to effectively and quickly adapt new technology - Good communication skills
