Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics for Chemille
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, aligned with business priorities and user needs
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic direction
Backlog Management
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for development teams
- Continuously groom and refine the backlog to keep it actionable and up to date
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, users, and the development team
- Gather and synthesize input from stakeholders into product decisions
- Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and trade-offs
Delivery & Execution

Work collaboratively with Developers, UX/UI Designers, AI Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business requirements

Participate in Sprint ceremonies and deliver User Stories within cycle time expectations
Requirements
As Chemille evolves into a next-generation intelligent platform, we are seeking a Digital Product Owner to own the end-to-end product roadmap for Chemille’s AI-powered ecosystem while leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI capabilities that drive business value and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong Product Management fundamentals with a hand-on understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation., * Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally for a website or digital product

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Demonstrated understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation
- Comfort with usage analytics and KPI measurement
- Excellent prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Figma, or similar tools to manage the software development lifecycle

Basic understanding of UX/UI and web technologies to enhance site usability and user satisfaction
- Knowledge or experience with Chemical or Material Engineering is a plus, but not required
