Digital Product Owner

Experteer Overview As Digital Product Owner for Chemille, you own the end-to-end product roadmap and shape the AI-powered ecosystem. You’ll define vision, strategy, and success metrics, aligning business priorities with user needs. You’ll drive delivery of AI capabilities that deliver business value and grow user engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Compensation / Benefits * Define and communicate product vision, goals, and metrics for Chemille * Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned with priorities and user needs * Own and prioritize backlog with clear user stories and criteria * Groom backlog to keep it actionable and up to date * Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders, users, and the development team * Synthesize stakeholder input into product decisions and manage scope & trade-offs * Collaborate with Developers, UX/UI Designers, AI Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver requirements * Participate in Sprint ceremonies and deliver User Stories within cycle time expectations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Product Owner/PM or similar role * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum * Demonstrated understanding of LLMs and Agentic AI * Translate business needs into actionable documentation * Comfort with usage analytics and KPI measurement * Excellent prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder communication * Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Figma, or similar tools * Basic understanding of UX/UI and web technologies * Knowledge or experience with Chemical or Material Engineering is a plus Key requirements *
