Senior Solutions Architect - East Coast, USA

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the technical value of Immersive One for strategic customers, partnering with sales to secure technical wins and expand platform adoption. You act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, translating cybersecurity needs into actionable solutions and programs. You will engage executives and technical teams, lead proof-of-concepts, and align outcomes with customers’ cyber resilience goals. This is a long-term embedded engagement focused on measurable impact and continuous customer success. Compensation / Benefits * Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and map them to Immersive Lab’s value proposition * Lead solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts with C-levels and technical stakeholders * Serve as security advisor through cybersecurity program design, crisis simulations, and risk measurement * Collaborate with customers to achieve business and cybersecurity objectives and create roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience * Drive platform adoption by communicating latest features and driving value realization * Embed with the customer for the contract duration to ensure ongoing success and alignment with their cyber strategy * Coordinate Executive Business Reviews with customers and provide executive-level insights * Recommend improvements to customers’ programs and propose new initiatives based on cybersecurity expertise * Act as primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts, supporting service delivery and escalation handling * Assist in delivering EBRS with the Customer Success Manager to support account health and expansion opportunities * Stay informed on evolving threats and technologies and relay insights to product and engineering teams * Contribute to program management and operationalize Immersive One within customers’ cybersecurity programs * Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product innovation and roadmap Tasks * 5+ years in information security practitioner or solution consulting roles, with pre-sales experience * Extensive client-facing experience presenting to C-level and technical stakeholders * Solid IT fundamentals across hardware, software, networking, databases, security, and software development * Strong information security knowledge, with ability to discuss concepts in clear, jargon-free language * Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments * Experience leading technical presentations for diverse audiences * Industry qualifications (e.g., CISSP) desirable but not essential Key requirements * share options * health, dental, and disability insurance * fully paid sick leave * mental health support * 401K match up to 5% * 33 holiday days + volunteering days + extended parental leave
