Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will act as a trusted, long-term embedded cyber advisor, driving the value of the Immersive One platform from pre-sale through post-deployment. You’ll engage executives and technical teams to secure technical wins, guide customers on adopting new features, and shape cyber resilience programs. You’ll work across customer organizations to align strategy with Immersive’s platform capabilities, delivering measurable outcomes. This position offers high visibility in strategic accounts and the chance to influence product direction through customer feedback. Compensation / Benefits * Identify customer technical requirements and align them with Immersive Lab’s value proposition * Engage C-levels and security professionals with solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to secure technical wins * Act as a security advisor in the sales cycle by building cyber skills programs and crisis simulations * Partner with customers to achieve business and cybersecurity objectives and roadmaps * Drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach * Lead Executive Business Reviews with customers to report value and opportunities * Recommend improvements to current programs and propose new initiatives * Drive adoption of Immersive One to maximize platform value and ensure ongoing client success * Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to voice customer needs and influence product innovation * Support customers in operationalizing Immersive One within their cybersecurity programs and provide ongoing metrics and insights * Serve as escalation point and liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts * Assist in delivering EBRS and executive-level insights to support long-term account health and expansion opportunities Tasks * 5+ years in information security practitioner or solution consulting roles, with pre-sales experience * Extensive client-facing experience with C-level and technical stakeholders * Strong IT fundamentals (hardware/software, databases, networking, security, software development) * Deep knowledge of information security concepts, domains, and standards * Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments * Ability to present to diverse audiences and articulate value without jargon * Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable but not required Key requirements * share options * health, dental, and disability insurance * 401K match up to 5% * 33 holiday days plus two volunteering days * 12 weeks enhanced parental leave * flexible and remote working
