Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights to support strategy and decision-making. You will partner with service area leads, executives, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact analyses on market share, service line performance, and regulatory reporting, while overseeing ETL-enabled data pipelines and governance. You’ll drive the design and modernization of reporting infrastructure and ensure compliance across healthcare and government programs. As a subject matter expert, you influence enterprise data analytics roadmaps and strategic initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare organization. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with strategy leads and executives to deliver analytics for strategic decisions * Oversee teams using ETL tools to automate data integration and data warehouse processes * Produce, validate, and submit required healthcare and government reports with high accuracy * Govern data pipelines and reporting environments for data accuracy, efficiency, and consistency * Support enterprise data analytics strategy, reporting frameworks, and technical roadmaps * Advance data automation capabilities and modernize reporting infrastructure * Coordinate reporting and data exchanges with the Department of Defense and related contractors Tasks * Bachelor in Healthcare, Business, Finance, Information systems, or related field * 6 years of experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting data for internal customers * 5 years of project management experience * 5 years of experience with complex data structures and BI/visualization software (Tableau, SAP, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, Oracle BI EE, Toad, MS SQLServer) * 2 years of direct leadership experience Key requirements * best-in-class benefits * retirement 401(k) with employer matching * healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) * life and disability insurance * paid time off (vacation, holidays, parental leave) * well-being resources
