Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you help shape and evolve the Collibra meta-model within Data & AI Platforms, partnering with Pfizer Global Supply to align data assets across the PGS Unified Data Hub. You will design asset models, build workflows, and manage external integrations to ensure secure, traceable data governance that supports colleagues and AI agents. You’ll work across technology and business teams to enable data that is easy to find, understand, and trustworthy. This is a data governance and platform engineering opportunity at scale with a meaningful impact on patient care. Compensation / Benefits * Manage planning and execution for moderately complex projects with tight timelines * Collaborate with IT to set up development, test, and production environments * Conduct risk analysis and impact assessments for cross-system solutions * Design and implement configurations and system designs for off-the-shelf software * Coordinate changes across business and platform teams (impact/risk assessments, deployment plans, controls) * Maintain and evolve workflows and integrations within the Collibra DGC ecosystem * Represent platform positions in PGS product, architecture, and governance forums * Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve project goals Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent combinations as listed in ad * Experience in data governance, metadata engineering, and/or data modeling * Strong workflow automation skills (BPMN; scripting such as Groovy/Java/Python) and Collibra REST API integration patterns * Proven ability to coordinate change across business and platform teams (impact/risk assessments, deployment plans) * Excellent stakeholder management and ability to represent platform positions in governance forums Key requirements * 401(k) with Pfizer Matching Contributions * Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution * paid vacation * paid holidays and personal days * medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage * bonus target 7.5% of base salary
