Application, Infrastructure & Service Management

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the delivery of applications, infrastructure, and service management aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with business leads, technology, and operations to implement initiatives and ensure robust, evolving solutions. Expect to manage incidents, problem resolution, and performance analytics while translating business strategy into functional product plans. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape trading infrastructure and operating models, and you’ll help forecast cloud capacity and optimize uptime. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact across the bank. Compensation / Benefits * Provide technical solutions to meet service levels for critical applications on the proprietary platform * Conduct incident and problem management per ITS standards * Perform health checks, trend analysis, and escalate issues as needed * Respond to application-level alerts and assist with service restoration * Partner with business leaders to identify product and operating models needed for strategy implementation * Translate strategic vision into product plans, features, and workflows * Manage demand from technology and business partners and resolve competing priorities * Build relationships with business partners to create robust, sustainable solutions * Investigate and perform root cause analysis, including log/code review * Develop automated tools, processes, and methods; conduct design and code reviews with senior developers * Meet project deadlines, ensure timely shipping of projects * Document technical changes daily and handle complex Oracle SQL queries for production support * Support hybrid remote work per policy * Participate in cross-functional communications across technical, creative, and operations teams Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of industry experience * Proven project and portfolio execution in complex environments * Strong negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all management levels * Experience retrieving and manipulating data from backend using SQL queries (Oracle, DB2, Exadata) and PL/SQL * Proficient with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Jira, ServiceNow, Autosys, MQ, Java, SQL * Incident & Problem Management experience including root cause analysis and remediation through log/code review * Day-to-day technical issue resolution with customers and cross-product support Key requirements * retirement savings plan (401K) with company match * insurance coverage (life, medical, dental, vision, disability) * paid time off (vacation, sick leave, short term disability) * employee assistance program * incentive compensation eligibility * tax-advantaged savings plans
