IT Project Manager

This role focuses on providing Technology Project Support and Management for IT implementations, upgrades, and conversions. The successful candidate will work independently to manage technology tasks, translate business requirements into project plans, and coordinate with a team of technical professionals., * Project manage the sites aligned to the Financial Center Closure Program

• Provide Technology Project Support and Management for information technology implementations, upgrades, and conversions
• Coordinate efforts with a team of highly technical and analytical professionals
• Collect and translate business requirements into project plans and support the technical execution of the plan
• Manage the technology tasks within the overall work plan including weekly status reporting and systems of record
• Manage financial invoicing for technology service providers, as needed
• Function as a member of the overall technical delivery team

• 5-7 years in an Infrastructure Delivery Technology environment
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for all levels in the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and Jira
• Ability to manage risks and issues in a complex technical environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively translating line of business requests with technology outcomes
• Must have a working knowledge of infrastructure systems and solutions

Desired skills:

• Previous technology delivery experience including working knowledge of financial centers and real estate construction deliverables
• 4-year college degree or IT equivalent
• PMP certified preferred
