IT Project Manager

• Provide end-to-end project management for new voice and video projects and product introductions
• Manage projects within the Contact Center and Enterprise Voice/Video division
• Execute on project plans and ensure proper task and deliverables management

This role requires strong end-to-end project management skills to support new Voice and Video projects within the enterprise technology division. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Avaya VoIP, Cisco Voice, Telepresence Units, and AV equipment., * Demonstrated strong end-to-end project management skills

• Experience working with Avaya VoIP and Cisco Voice
• Experience with Telepresence Units (Cisco) and AV equipment (Crestron)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
• Experience with technical project management and process execution

Desired skills:

• Previous work experience with a large financial institution
• Experience with Remedy for CRQ creation
