Pega Developer

We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join a large enterprise technology team responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting critical business applications. This individual will serve as the team’s primary Pega subject matter expert, providing hands-on development while helping guide best practices, architecture decisions, and platform adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative mindset. As the sole dedicated Pega expert on the team, this person will help upskill team members while driving application development, integrations, production support, and cloud modernization initiatives. This is a highly visible role suited for a senior engineer who can operate independently, influence technical direction, and contribute immediately in a complex enterprise environment., 4+ years of Pega development experience Strong Pega architecture, Rules, Flows, Data Pages, Activities, and Integrations REST/SOAP APIs SQL and relational databases Production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, AppDynamics, Kibana Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pega CSA/CSSA/CLSA certifications GCP experience (BigQuery, Composer/Airflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, IAM) Healthcare/Insurance industry experience Kafka Python
