Pega Developer

• Develop and customize applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
• Build Case Management, workflows, UI components, integrations, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Pega rules, including Activities, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, When Rules, and Flows.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Pega with external systems.
• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment.
• Follow Pega best practices and application performance standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities across environments.

• Strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Case Management and workflow development.
• Experience with Pega Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules and Data Model.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience with Pega Customer Service, Decisioning, or Pega Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or GitHub Actions.
