Middleware Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Middleware Support Engineer with experience in Tomcat, WebLogic, Oracle IAS, and Unix/Linux to provide L2 production support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong infrastructure administration background and experience supporting mission-critical production environments., * Provide L2 production support for Tomcat, WebLogic, and Oracle IAS environments.

• Perform server administration, maintenance, and capacity planning.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with application teams to provide timely solutions and root cause analysis.
• Support weekend night shift operations as part of the production support schedule.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, OpenShift, and cloud platforms where applicable.

• 4+ years of experience in Tomcat Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Internet Application Server (IAS).
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux administration.
• Experience in L2 Production Support and middleware/infrastructure administration.
• Experience with capacity planning, server maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Knowledge of web server administration.
• Exposure to CI/CD, OpenShift, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekend night shifts as required.
