Experteer Overview In this role you will support the test and evaluation of electronic warfare, SIGINT, and related systems for naval aviation. You work with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and report tests, ensuring compliance with DoW policies and mission goals. You will tackle complex engineering challenges, develop test plans, and provide expert guidance to clients and project teams. This is a hands-on position with travel and on-site requirements, offering meaningful impact in national security and defense tech. Compensation / Benefits * Operate and maintain integrated test systems and equipment for air/space vehicle testing * Serve as an expert to resolve design and operational issues beyond standard methods * Prepare designs/specifications for complex equipment or systems * Plan and conduct experiments to validate feasibility and improve performance * Develop test methodologies, scenarios, and data collection plans * Work with clients to develop test plans and deliver final results and briefings * Attend EW-related conferences and participate in technical working groups * Support system verification, risk analyses, and assessments of system supportability * Analyze user requirements to recommend automation or system improvements * Travel to CONUS sites up to 25% Tasks * 6 years’ experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and/or operating signals intelligence systems * 3 years of NAVAIR, NAWCAD experience * Experience in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) * Knowledge of DoW Acquisition process and DoW Systems Engineering process * Knowledge of Naval Aviation SIGINT and EW systems * Knowledge of DOT&E policies, instructions, and guidance * Ability to independently plan and complete projects or studies of broad scope * Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Key requirements * health, life, disability plans * retirement plans * paid time off * tuition assistance * professional growth opportunities
