Engineering Manager, Mobile Developer Experience

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager for the Mobile Developer Experience team, you will set technical vision and cultivate a high-performance culture to enable rapid mobile prototyping and scalable mobile apps. You’ll lead the ZeroKit initiative and oversee iOS and Android monorepos, partnering with engineers and stakeholders to design faster, more reliable infrastructure. Your role balances hands-on tech leadership with people management, shaping long-term architectural direction across DoorDash and its brands. You’ll guide cross-functional initiatives and grow a diverse team to meet expanding engineering needs.
