center environments, is highly desirable. * Solid understanding of validation methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking processes. * Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python and shell scripting, is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with networking, switch validation, or rack-level integration is a plus. * Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
