Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer

Architect and develop custom APEX triggers and classes to support complex workforce operational requirements. Execute advanced SOQL data queries to analyze cross-table relationships while adhering to platform governor limits. Design and maintain interactive Salesforce forms, custom fields, and automated validation logic. Administer the security infrastructure by managing user access, profiles, and granular field-level permissions. Lead technical troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical production issues and application configuration defects. Facilitate requirements-discovery sessions to map business processes to scalable Salesforce solutions. Orchestrate technical deployments and platform maintenance activities following enterprise change-management standards. 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level Salesforce administration and technical platform configuration. Proficiency in APEX programming for designing, modifying, and debugging custom business logic and automation. Experience with SOQL for authoring complex cross-object queries and optimizing relational data performance. Experience in designing Salesforce forms, custom objects, and sophisticated validation rules for data integrity. Experience with Salesforce security architecture including user profiles, permission sets, and service accounts. Experience in production application support, root-cause analysis, and defect remediation in a hybrid environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
