Job description

  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions for complex projects.
  • Provide expertise across Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct and lead design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot complex user issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing cycles.
  • Work closely with technical teams on HCM Integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, and data conversion.
  • Support enhancements, production issues, and ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives.
  • Provide functional leadership in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
  • Support other Oracle HCM modules such as Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Help Desk.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HCM experience, including at least 7 years of end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM support and enhancement experience., * 10+ years of overall HCM experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of Oracle Fusion HCM end-to-end support/enhancement experience.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Experience with HCM Integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL, and data conversion.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
  • Ability to lead solution design and functional discussions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end testing cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills - Mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
  • Healthcare provider experience is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of health systems and clinical operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM modules such as Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, and Help Desk.
