Designer, Product UX (Paisly)

Experteer Overview In this Product Designer role, you will shape seamless travel booking experiences across hotels, cars, activities, and more. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and brand teams to translate user needs into accessible interfaces and reusable design systems. You’ll conduct user research to inform decisions and iterate based on data. This position offers impact through improving the customer journey in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design intuitive interfaces for customer-facing booking journeys across travel products * Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, data analysis) to inform decisions * Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with user needs and business goals * Apply insights from qualitative and quantitative research for continuous improvement * Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage design tasks with Jira * Contribute to and evolve design system components for consistency across products * Document design rationale and research findings for stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor in related field or equivalent experience (min four years) * Three years’ experience designing digital products with user-centered focus * Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Invision * Familiarity with UX research methods (usability testing, surveys, interviews) * Understanding of accessibility best practices and responsive design * Ability to produce modular, well-architected UI designs with responsive behavior * Experience with or ability to learn analytics quickly * Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders * Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS * Willingness for occasional overnight travel (up to 10%) * Must pass a ten-year background check; eligible to work in the country; not eligible for visa sponsorship * Preferred: experience with UserTesting.com and Jira Key requirements *
