Experteer Overview In this role you design and maintain AI/ML solutions to address business problems, collaborating with partner teams to educate and enable adoption of AI/ML. You’ll create reusable templates, proofs of concept, and pathways for scalable agent infrastructure. You identify opportunities for shared, cross-domain solutions and help drive adoption of emerging technologies. Compensation / Benefits * Design and maintain AI/ML solutions to address business problems * Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to educate and support AI/ML adoption * Create templates and tools to support adoption of emerging technologies * Develop proofs of concept and well-lit paths for agent infrastructure * Identify opportunities to build shared AI/ML solutions across teams * Educate product teams on AI/ML techniques and infrastructure * Build infrastructure to make AI/ML capabilities easier for other teams to use * Develop and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms * Build cross-functional AI/ML agents and services for use across Google Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages (or 1 year with advanced degree) * Experience with AI/ML model development and deployment * Experience with version control (Git) and development tools (IDE/CI-CD) * Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ * Experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, compute/storage/hardware * Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms * Experience with Google tool set (preferred) Key requirements * bonus target * equity * benefits * competitive compensation * US salary range $147,000 - $210,000
