Software Engineer III, AI Agents

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities, build agent-based systems, and leverage Google Cloud to scale AI-driven products. You’ll work on cross-functional teams to design robust agent architectures, ensure safe and reliable behavior, and optimize multi-agent reasoning. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and the opportunity to influence how users interact with information at scale. A strong impact is driving usable, scalable AI features across Google Cloud and beyond. Compensation / Benefits * Implement Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems * Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and MLOps practices to support system operations * Contribute to the design of agent architectures, prompts, and interaction models * Identify and address potential issues in agent behavior, including error handling, safety, and reliability * Implement and optimize agent capabilities, including reasoning loops, RAG, MCP tools, and multi-agent architecture Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 2 years of software development experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C++) * 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts (LLMs, multi-modal, large vision models) * Experience developing and launching products leveraging ADK * Experience architecting and developing solutions on Google Cloud Platform Key requirements * bonus target * equity * benefits
