Lead Technical Program Manager

You partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and risk/compliance teams to shape roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver impactful outcomes for members. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cross-functional programs spanning product launches, platform modernization, and infrastructure initiatives * Define roadmaps with Product and Engineering, prioritizing features, scalability, and technical investments * Coordinate execution across multiple squads and partner teams, tracking dependencies and milestones * Drive transformation initiatives including automation, system migrations, and third-party integrations * Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Operations to deliver resilient solutions * Manage external vendors and financial partners, identifying risks and keeping programs on track * Improve Agile delivery practices, CI/CD, governance, and program reporting * Provide clear, actionable updates to senior leadership on health, risks, and progress * Mentor TPMs and cross-functional partners to elevate delivery discipline and maturity Tasks * BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field * 8-12+ years leading large-scale cross-functional technical programs in agile, high-growth environments * Proven track record bringing products or platforms from concept to launch in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations * Strong technical acumen across mobile ecosystems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure * Experience leading transformation initiatives (system migrations, automation, process redesign) * Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners * Hands-on use of dashboards, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to drive decisions * Strong communication skills translating technical/regulatory complexity into business recommendations * Experience influencing across organizations without direct authority Key requirements * Flexible hours and remote-first culture * Premium medical/dental/vision insurance * Generous parental and caregiver leave * 401(k) with matching * Home office stipend * PTO and company holidays including Juneteenth and Winter Break
