AI Transformation Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end AI-driven workflow deployments that enable GTM and Finance teams, turning Celeste and Claude capabilities into production solutions. You lead scoping, design, and live rollout within a governance model, building reusable playbooks for faster deployments. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and the AI Advisory Council to align investments and measure real-world impact. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on producing measurable value at enterprise scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven workflows from intake to production rollout * Embed with Sales, Services, Success & Support to scope real workflow friction * Collaborate with Applied AI to inform Celeste workflow roadmap and share learnings * Design and build integrations across OP4I, M365, Celeste, Claude, and related playbooks * Balance scope, speed, and quality to meet delivery timelines * Translate ambiguous business requests into production-ready solutions with clear owners and success metrics * Codify successful patterns into reusable playbooks and frameworks * Provide structured feedback on usage and performance data to IT and the AI Advisory Council * Identify data governance risks before production issues and address them * Develop an operating model to scale playbooks and agents across teams (ownership, change management, adoption) Tasks * Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production (LLM-based applications) * Experience translating technical concepts for senior stakeholders to drive adoption * Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments * Combination of engineering, consulting, and product thinking with strong architectural judgment * Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences * Comfort working within a structured governance model at enterprise scale Key requirements * professional development opportunities * reimbursement for training and continuing education * modern open offices * complimentary lunches and stocked kitchens * comprehensive wellness and flexible time off * family-formation benefits and support during family-building journey
