Senior Software Engineer III / Scrum Master (Onsite)

Experteer Overview In this onsite role, you will lead and optimize agile delivery for a flight-critical program, partnering with product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure sprint goals are met. You contribute to DevSecOps-aligned workflows, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing, transparent team culture. Your work supports mission readiness and efficient use of resources across the Constellation and Telemetry domains. This is a security-sensitive position in Richardson, TX. Compensation / Benefits * Lead daily sprint execution and maintain momentum toward goals * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Identify and remove impediments; escalate blockers through the Release Train Engineer (RTE) * Promote disciplined Agile practices aligned with program standards and DevSecOps * Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure stories are sprint-ready and well-sequenced * Foster collaboration, predictability, and quality within the team * Track team metrics, support continuous improvement, and uphold transparency * Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTE for cross-team PI alignment Tasks * Degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant software engineering experience * Experience with Agile metrics (backlog tracking, burndown, velocity, task definition) * Coding experience in Java, C/C++, or similar * Experience as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator for software teams * Active TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required Key requirements * Relocation assistance * Medical, dental, vision * 401(k) match * Flexible work schedules * Paid time off * Holidays and employee assistance program
