Principal Software Engineer / Scrum Master (Onsite)

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive agile delivery for mission-critical aerospace software programs. You work closely with cross-functional teammates to ensure sprint goals are met and value is delivered consistently. You’ll remove impediments, coach teams on Scrum and DevSecOps practices, and align with program standards to improve predictability and quality. This position supports high-impact telemetry, payload management, and state aggregation initiatives within RTX’s aerospace domains.
