Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and verify digital electronics with a focus on FPGA development for defense-oriented systems. You will define architectures, simulate, and verify designs, ensuring reliable interfaces and performance on targeted hardware. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and improve design processes, contributing to secure, high-assurance electronics. This position offers hands-on work with state-of-the-art tech in a mission-driven environment and opportunities for ongoing professional growth. Compensation / Benefits * Design digital electronics including FPGA development and circuit design * Define architecture, system simulation, and detailed design approach * Create module interfaces and device design specifications * Assess design flow from high-level design to timing and power considerations * Develop test and simulation plans and verify results on target hardware * Perform verification and validation on hardware and document outcomes Tasks * Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years’ experience or Master’s with 6 months’ experience * U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance (preferred) * Strong understanding of electronics principles, topologies, and design methodologies * Ability to learn new technologies and manage increasing design complexity * Analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities * Effective written and verbal communication skills Key requirements * flexible schedules with 9/80 * 401k matching * paid parental leave * healthcare benefits * health & wellness programs * employee resource and social groups
